Executive Strategic and Accountability Officer named to new role

The Executive Office of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) is informing the community that Aianóhon Kaylia Marquis will be transitioning from the Executive Strategic and Accountability Officer (ESAO) position to the role of Strategic Initiatives Manager, effective October 1, 2024.

While the ESAO role is vacant, the position will undergo a thorough review, following an evaluation of both the needs of the organization and the structure of the Executive Office, ensuring there is alignment with the MCK’s strategic goals and priorities.

“We value Aianóhon′s expertise and contributions to the Executive Team, and in her new role as Strategic Initiatives Manager, she will continue to focus on developing frameworks and carrying out activities related to the MCK Strategic Plan and Executive Office initiatives,” said Executive Director Onerahtókha Marquis. “We thank Aianóhon for her contributions to the Executive Office and her dedication to the MCK - we are confident that she will continue to bring valuable contributions to the organization in her new role.”
