Kiosk on Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process for Kahnawake Judges Regulations

The Justice Services Division of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke will be holding an upcoming Information Kiosk on the following draft regulations: Regulation Respecting Eligibility Criteria for Appointment as a Judge for the Court of Kahnawą:ke, and Regulation Respecting the Selection and Appointment of Judges for the Court of Kahnawą:ke, pursuant to the Kahnawą:ke Justice Act.
The Kiosk will be held in the lobby area by the Caisse Populaire Kahnawake from 9am-4pm on Friday, September 20, 2024.
Community members can seek information and ask questions in an informal, respectful, one-on-one setting.
