Court of Kahnawake is now open to the public

Kahnawą:ke Justice Services of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke wishes to advise the public that sessions of the Court of Kahnawą:ke, currently operating at the Golden Age Club, are now re-opened to the public. Sessions can be attended by those who are participating in court proceedings, those awaiting their scheduled hearing time, as well as others who may be there to support their friends/family members, or simply to view the proceedings.
Please note that there are still some limitations/directives in effect, as listed below:
- At this time, the building capacity is limited to 34 persons, 25 of which are for the public and/or defendants
- Masks are still required
- Social distancing and hand sanitizations are recommended
- Health Screening for persons entering the court
