FREE COVID-19 Rapid Testing Kits available to community

The Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre and the Public Safety Commission wish to inform Kahnawa’kehró:non that COVID-19 Rapid Testing Kits will once again be made available to the community beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, March 23rd.

The testing kits will be distributed at the Public Safety building (the old Peacekeeper Station) parking lot. In an effort to limit contact, one kit (which includes 5 tests) per resident will be handed out to individuals inside their vehicles, similar to a drive-through/curbside pick up. If you don’t have access to a vehicle, please ask a family member or a friend to pick up a testing kit on your behalf.

The free testing kits will be distributed between 10am and 4pm on the following days:

• Wednesday, March 23
• Thursday, March 24
• Friday, March 25
• Monday, March 28
• Tuesday, March 29
• Wednesday, March 30

Please note, these dates may change, due to the availability of the testing kits.
