Main Caretaker cabin in Tioweroton unavailable by phone

The Tioweró:ton Department of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke is informing the community that the telephone system to reach the Main Caretaker cabin in the Tioweró:ton Territory is currently unavailable.

The telephone outage is due to damages to wires caused by the wind storm on November 1st. At this time, the telephone wires are still awaiting repair.

The North Caretaker cabin can still be reached at (819) 424-2377 and the payphone at the main entrance is available ONLY for outgoing calls.
