Mercier Bridge weekend closure

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated of a major closure this weekend from Friday, June 17th at 10pm until Monday, June 20th at 5am.
During the work, the following configuration will be in place (see map):
- Both directions of the bridge will be reduced to one lane.
- The Montreal-bound Route 132 up-ramp (from La Prairie direction) will be closed and traffic will be detoured towards the Route 138 up-ramp.
- The Kahnawą:ke-bound Route 138 down-ramp (towards Chateauguay direction) will be closed and traffic will be detoured via Routes 132 and 138. Note: trucks are not permitted to use this detour and must utilize Highway A30.
The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
