MCK holiday office closures

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke would like to inform the community of the scheduled office and service closures during the holiday season.
 
All offices will be closed from Monday, December 24, 2012 until Tuesday, January 1, 2013, inclusive. All essential services will remain operational. Regular business hours resume on Wednesday, January 2, 2013.

There will be no recycling pickup service from Tuesday, December 25th to Tuesday, January 1, 2013. During this period recyclables may be dropped off at the Recycling Depot, preferably in clear blue bags.

Service resumes on the following schedule in 2013:
•    Wednesday, January 2nd – OCR (including businesses)
•    Thursday, January 3rd – Regular house to house pick up resumes
•    Friday, January 4th – Route 207 and Rural areas (including businesses)
•    Monday, January 7th - All pick-ups will return to normal days

Garbage pickup service continues uninterrupted. Community members are asked to refrain from dropping garbage off at the Recycling Depot.
 
The Transfer Depot will continue the regular Monday to Saturday (8am – 4pm) schedule, except for closures on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 and Tuesday, January 1, 2013.
