Kahnawą:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission seeks Community Representative

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke (MCK) would like to inform Kahnawakehró:non that the Kahnawą:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) is seeking one (1) person to sit as a full-fledged member of the Commission as a Community Representative.
Interested persons should be over eighteen (18) years of age, be registered on the Kahnawą:ke Mohawk Registry and have a sincere interest in community governance systems. The person selected will be expected to participate in KLCC meetings (approximately three to four times per month). There will be financial remuneration for this position.
The person selected will be formally appointed by Chief & Council for a designated term.
